Caythorpe won the toss and elected to bat first, scoring 98-7 from their 20 overs, with Josh Steer and Chiraag Gandhi taking two wickets each, and Ben Martindale and Kartikey Parekh taking a wicket each and Kartikey also getting a run out.

We then went out to bat and knocked off the total in 18.4 overs with seven wickets in hand, finishing on 99-3. Ben Martindale scored 11, Adam Newell got 21, Josh Steer scored 32*, Daniel Hollingsworth scored 9 and Adnan Akhtar scored 12*.
